Hello, I have a problem with a buyer living abroad: I sent his package, which is marked as delivered in the tracking. He first sent me a private message saying that he had received nothing; that he was not a 'cheater or a scammer' and then he opened a dispute for item not received on eBay... I advised him to contact his local post office for more information and that I would contact the post office on my side (that's the only thing I can do). Hello , if the package is marked as delivered and if you entered the tracking number in the dispute then everything is OK . You do not have to refund the buyer .  It’s up to them to do their little investigation with the neighbors and the package delivery person . Kind regards.
