Item never received
Summary: vasquez008 ordered three items in April 2023 but never received them. A dispute opened in June was closed because the seller provided tracking information and claimed to have shipped the package. However, in September 2023, the items still had not been delivered, and it is now impossible to open a new dispute on eBay. madelodie advises opening a dispute through PayPal if that was the payment method used.
Hello, I ordered 3 items from a seller on 20/04/2023. I never received anything. So I opened a dispute in June. The seller simply entered tracking information, stating that the parcel had been sent, which had the effect of closing the dispute:
" Dispute closed for item not received
Order date :20 Apr 2023
Order total :89,54 GBP
Order number :24-09975-63076 "
" Shipped: estimated delivery on Fri. 2 June - Tue. 6 June"
Problem: We are in September 2023 and I still haven't received anything. In addition, this seller has many negative reviews. Since the first dispute was closed, it is impossible for me to open a new one. And I can't find any way to contact Ebay customer service.

you have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a dispute .
Once it’s closed you can no longer open another one .
You say the seller noted the tracking number . What’s the situation ? What does the tracking say ?
As of today it is too late for e Bay .
If you paid pa Paypal open a dispute on this site .
