Item never received, no delivery tracking update
Hello, if someone can help me, I bought a black dress on the site, never received it, I asked for a cancellation, he never replied because it must surely be a scam, how do I get a refund? Is eBay supposed to give me my money back? Thanks

WARNING...
you only have 30 days after the presumed delivery date to act.
After that deadline, eBay won't do anything for you and you'll then have to use the legal means available to you.. (registered letter, complaint, etc..).
