hello ,i received my package via mondial relay ,which is marked as delivered to the recipient on their site, but is not up to date on ebay and is probably preventing payment to the seller.it is still marked as awaiting delivery on ebay

there is always a delay for updating tracking information on ebay.
If this is causing an issue for your seller, they need to check with customer service, who will look directly on the carrier's website.
