Item delivered broken while I was away
Summary: Anonymous User received a crushed package from an eBay seller containing a device they had ordered, but it was not working. Despite reporting the problem to the seller and ordering a replacement, the seller claims that the package was received and signed for by Anonymous User. Unfortunately, eBay does not seem to offer a clear way to file a claim, and the seller refuses to cooperate. Anonymous User has a photo showing the delivery driver tossing the package onto their property.

one morning, I find a crushed package behind my gate from an ebay seller. The item is the one I had ordered but it doesn't work because of the crushing. I immediately reported it to the seller and ordered another one while waiting for a refund for the first. The seller dragged things out and claims that I received the package from the delivery person. The seller even sent me a copy of the delivery note showing a signature, which isn't mine...
I have a photo of the delivery person throwing the package at my place.
I haven't managed to find a way to file a claim with ebay.
As for the seller, he's just brushing me off......
