Hello I'm dealing with a buyer who is telling me they haven't received my Colissimo delivery As shown as delivered on eBay and at the post office. Doesn't match my eBay and postal tracking and keeps insisting, and very recently they informed me that Colissimo told them the parcel is at a pickup point in another city! My shipment is by Colissimo home delivery without signature and marked delivered. Tomorrow I'm going to the post office with my Colissimo duplicate. Is Colissimo Poste different from Colissimo dropped off in a yellow locker "partenaires la poste"? I can't take it anymore. Thank you all. €50 for the purchase .

Wouldn't there be a seller error... since you don't have the same tracking number..??
