Hello, I’m a seller, I sent a package that was delivered two days later, the buyer tells me he didn’t receive anything and that his mailbox is broken and open, he opens a dispute, no news from him for 2 and a half weeks, I asked eBay to step in and I’m supposed to provide a postal receipt even though they have the package number and the delivery address...another problem, eBay changed the shipping label printing system so there’s no longer any trace in downloads!! What should I do? Am I the one at fault in this story? The buyer may have received the package and is trying to get his money back, that’s just a guess, but today you have to be wary everywhere, especially since he’s a newcomer while I’ve been a member since 2005...What should I do???

What to do...???

- avoid intermediaries that complicate everything and cause problems...

Go directly to the carrier of your choice... fill out the shipping form, pay and send... without forgetting to manually enter the tracking number on the transaction.

You also keep the duplicate of the form attached to the sale.

The site's delivery platform is not mandatory... you need to free yourself from it.
