Hello.I have an issue with a buyer. I sent an item via Shop2shop. The tracking says that the parcel was delivered to the pickup point chosen by the buyer and collected by showing the QR code a few hours later.The buyer insists that he received nothing and is asking for a refund.I have no problem refunding an item, but in this case I don't have the item back and everything indicates that the item was indeed collected (Shop2shop tracking even shows the exact location and time of the pickup).What should I do?
