Item marked as payment received as seller by mistake after 1 month that it was sold

Hello 🙂I just mistakenly marked the item as payment received since January 31, 2024, after it has been sold since December 27, 2023 and the payment was pending but could not be confirmed. How can I cancel the payment received marking?Thanks 🙂Best regards Lap-3042

Hello @lep-3042    Given the sale date, it no longer matters at all: the dispute and evaluation periods have long since expired. If you were able to manually activate "payment received", it means the buyer never paid...   Regards
