Item not as described and refunded by eBay - what should I do with the item?

Hello   I received an item that didn’t match the listing, I contacted the seller: no response. I started a return process: no response in 3 days. So I contacted eBay, who refunded me in full.But what should I do with the item now? eBay told me I could keep it since the seller hadn’t replied... but the eBay rep added that the seller could ask me to send it back (paying the shipping costs). Good evening @chb57220    The seller's silence since the dispute was opened proves that he would rather let you keep the item than pay return shipping (otherwise he would have already made himself known): so you can dispose of it.   Best regards
