Item not sent by the seller and no response
Summary: piesch-1392 mentioned a problem with an order placed on May 25, 2025, where after winning an auction, the seller said they were away and did not follow up. Hello,
I placed an order on May 25, 2025 following an auction I won, which I paid for immediately, but after the auction, the seller replied that he was "away on a trip and returning after the sale deadline".
After that, I tried to contact him again to get information, but there was no response and the order did not move forward.
What should I do to get details, and can eBay contact the seller?
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me so that I can get a refund if I cannot receive the item.

The dispute period is 30 days from the delivery deadline, so since May it’s long been too late on eBay; all that’s left is to check with your payment provider to see whether there’s any possible recourse through them.
