Item not delivered
My item was not delivered to me and was sent back to Germany on the grounds that I did not pay the customs fees, except no one told me to pay them. How can I get my package redelivered and pay the customs fees

Mentor1 year agoContact the carrier to try to arrange a new delivery.
Otherwise, you’ll need to check with the seller to see if a new delivery is possible.
