Great difficulty getting in touch with eBay to get information on this topic!

You have to wait 4 full days before you get the button to report a problem and cancel the sale.

you have the steps to follow in " help " at the bottom of this page.
Click on " eBay buyer protection .
Cancel the sale if more than 4 days pass without payment .
