Hello, I placed an order that was supposed to arrive a few days ago but I haven’t received anything. I no longer know which email I used to place my order (customer order not registered on eBay). I entered several emails to find my order but still nothing. To contact an agent, you need the number or the item name, but it says every time that it’s unrecognized and that the item does not exist. So I have neither my package nor any tracking information. Please help me. Thank you.
