Hello. I ordered an item from the UK that is supposed to be delivered by eBay delivery service.
However, the tracking site tells me that the delivery person came by on Saturday at 8:40 p.m. and that they didn't have the door code to get in. I live out in the countryside: there is no door code and I don't even have a gate.
eBay tells me that I have already made a claim (the only option offered: contact the seller, but the seller did send the package).
No way to contact the delivery service.
What can I do?

"the tracking site tells me that the delivery driver came by on Saturday at 20:40" // "No way to contact the delivery service" = since you know the carrier, there must be a link on their site to contact them/reschedule a delivery/file a claim.
Because at that point, it's between you and the carrier that things are being worked out...

it’s the seller who chose the delivery method.
Have you checked that your address is correct on your e Bay account in your contact details?
If you do not receive the parcel, open a dispute for item not tracked after the expected delivery date has passed.

So I’m going to wait for eBay to do something (hoping that my order doesn’t get sent back to the seller because I need it and no one else sells this product).
