Hello
I placed an order and I haven't received my item. And what's more, after I opened a dispute, the seller confirms delivery to me. And even better, it was sent on April 16 and delivered on April 9, so before it was sent... that's pretty incredible!!!
What should I do?

Why would he have opened a dispute? Apart from for an unpaid item, he can't...

Go to "EB warranty" at the bottom of the page, open a dispute for an item not received.
