Item not received
I bought an item in June 2024, it’s marked as delivered even though I never received it, and the seller no longer exists. Why, even after 3 months, is there no longer any recourse? It’s unacceptable, especially since I received no delivery notification in my inbox. What can I do?

Why wait so long?
You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received on eBay ..After that, it's too late and the only recourse is with the seller.

The terms and conditions are clear: the dispute period on ebay is 30 days from the delivery deadline

After that, there’s no further recourse on the site...
In case you paid via paypal: check with them to file a dispute (with paypal the dispute period is 180 days from the payment date).
