Hello, The package I ordered was delivered to a Mondial Relay pickup point but unfortunately I wasn't able to collect it in time for compelling reasons. The item was therefore returned to the seller but they are refusing to refund me and are no longer responding to me... I filed a dispute that was instantly closed by eBay... I don't know what to do, thanks in advance.
