Hello, I bought an item, which was then returned to the seller, for non-payment of customs fees, the delivery person didn't even give me time to pay the fees.
On the day of delivery I wasn't at home and the next day my order was sent back and it was impossible to reach the carrier.
I just noticed that the seller received my order, and is pretending not to understand anything and is asking me to buy the same item afterward.

Purchase outside the EU > VAT and customs fees to pay > so all that’s left is to cry about it
