Item not received (order over 90 days old)

Hello everyone,

I have not received an item I ordered more than 90 days ago;

the seller kept stalling by replying to my messages that they would check.

Now I no longer have the opportunity to file a claim with eBay via the dedicated module since my item no longer appears.

What can I do?

"What can I do?" = nothing on ebay, the dispute period is 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

see if possible with the payment provider you used (credit card? paypal?) if there is any recourse...

Depending on your payment method, a PayPal claim or with your bank if paid by credit card.
