Item not received and return refused, I was scammed
I bought a console and paid using the payment methods offered by ebay (Paypal). The seller told me he would send me the code when I paid by Paypal (probably outside ebay since I've already paid).
I wanted to open a return because after a few days, I hadn't received a tracking number. My return was refused right away. Right now, I've basically been robbed of 111 euros and I have no option to say item not received... please help me

If you haven't made the mistake of sending a friends and family payment and if the dispute on eBay doesn't come to anything, report a transaction problem on PayPal ..

Submitting a return request for an item not received was not likely to work ...
Contact customer service to go over it with them.
