Item not received, the seller refuses to refund us
We have never been delivered a parcel worth more than 500 euros, the seller refuses to refund under the pretext that we were delivered. We even have video proof that this delivery person never dropped off this parcel at the time indicated, despite that ebay does not side with me. I lost this amount and I am devastated.

Mentor2 years agoAnd what did the carrier say in response to this evidence? Because if they indicate a delivery, then it’s between you and them...
(neither eBay nor the seller can intervene in this setup, knowing that if there is a failure admitted by the carrier the seller can file a claim and be compensated, they can then refund you, if the carrier maintains that it was delivered there is no recourse)
