Item not received (Duplicate tracking number according to the post office)

I did not receive the package. La Poste states that a package was indeed delivered to a mailbox on 01/24/2024 at 11:15 in the municipality of CIRAN(37) with the same tracking number as yours, whereas I live in department 27 in La Saussaye.
The seller is no longer responding to my messages.
eBay help leads to a sign-up request even though I am already registered!

It would seem that the Post Office is apparently responsible for this failed shipment....
but only the seller can file a claim to seek compensation from them. Get the written proof of these deliveries with duplicate postal slips and provide them to eBay Customer Service in the appeal of eBay's decision that you should make------> Appeal an eBay decision about a return or a missing item for buyers | eBay
If you can't make yourself heard->
There's one solution left... = .... send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the seller, demanding that they compensate you for your purchase within a time period that you will تعیینe, failing which you are considering filing a complaint with the local court (if the amount is worth it)
