Item not received, refund not granted
Summary: comaus61 bought three products from different sellers, but didn’t receive all of them. The eggs were returned, and the cylinders were never delivered, with the seller refusing to refund. lingma85 advises filing a claim for each undelivered item separately on eBay.
I bought 3 products at the same time from 3 sellers.
The first product (the eggs) was not delivered to me and was returned to the 1st seller (eggs). So I contacted the other 2 sellers (cylinders and cones) to give them more information about my address so there wouldn’t be any more delivery problems. At that exact moment, the cylinders had not yet been delivered. The cylinder seller did receive this additional information. I also did receive my 3rd order (the cones). The cylinders were never delivered to me and the seller refuses to refund me. What procedure should I follow?

To do for each of the items not received---> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
(so do it 3 times - don't open just 1 dispute for the 3 items or do it globally...)
