Item not received
Summary: nayhou_0 expressed frustration about a phone that hasn’t been received, ordered at the beginning of July and still missing. After trying to resolve the problem with the seller without success, a dispute was opened on eBay but is on hold until August 1. francexpressdeal asked for more details, and koalagris suggested checking a previous response. koalagris also noted how pointless it is to create duplicates in the community.
I was supposed to receive a phone since July 16, item not received. I couldn’t open a dispute before July 22; first I had to sort it out internally with the seller, which I did, but we can’t find a wait. He is clearly telling me that as long as he hasn’t found his phone, he can’t refund me. Today it is July 22, I opened the dispute and eBay blocked it until August 1. What should I do? I’m tired because it’s a product bought on July 6 that was supposed to arrive on July 10, the original date.
