Hello,
I ordered a Tupperware grater for €8 + shipping costs that I was supposed to receive on February 4.
I haven't received anything, and the amount of €12.20 was indeed charged on January 28 to my account.
The order was placed express without creating an account.
the order was indeed confirmed by email, which I no longer have.
Can you help me?
How can I find my order, my order number without an account.
