Paid item never received
Paid 110 euros for an item (refrigerant gas) and never received it.... impossible to contact eBay or they send you a link that I don't understand how to use [TD_VOD_URL]...If someone can help me, thanks....

if the purchase was made more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, open a dispute for item not received. At the bottom of this page "eBay customer guarantee".
