I ordered cigarette tubes on February 27. I asked him when it would arrive before ordering, and he replied 48 to 72 hours. Yet today is March 8. I have no tracking number, I’ve heard nothing more from the seller who doesn’t answer messages, and I don’t have my tubes. Of course, if I don’t receive the order, will I be refunded or not? Could this be a scam?
I contacted eBay, who told me to wait until March 11, but what happens after that? Does eBay issue the refund, or does the seller? And if they don’t want to refund, is that possible?

If you've followed the procedure properly, there won't be any problem: you'll be refunded.
