Paid item but never shipped by the seller
Hello,
I made a purchase of 42.40 euros on July 11 with a PayPal payment.
The item was never sent and I have no message from the seller.
When I log in to get the order details, Ebay says the order can't be found and that an error occurred while retrieving your order.
How can I get back the 42.40 euros charged to my account?

Since it seems there was an issue with the recording of your order on your account...
It would be a good idea to check--->
the transaction details for the payment you made by PayPal in your PayPal account. It will be a payment made to eBay with the seller's reference numbers (internally..)
Normally, the transaction tracking is shown there.
Once that's done, you will contact Customer Service here--->
eBay Customer Service
If the transaction shows a recipient other than eBay in your PayPal payment... there's a problem...
you may have been scammed and bought from a fake listing.
In that case... you'll need to deal directly with PayPal.
There's also the possibility of a bug at the time of purchase...
As a last resort... you had an expected delivery date...
wait until it has passed before bringing out the complaint artillery.
