Hello, last week I placed an order via eBay with maisonfutee, without logging into my account. I was supposed to receive the item between June 17 and 19. I did receive an order confirmation and the purchase was charged.Since then, nothing. My order tracking shows that the shipment has not yet been made.I found a phone number to call maisonfutee and the person I spoke to told me that this company has no longer existed for some time. I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund on the eBay site, but since I bought it without logging into my account, my order doesn’t appear. The day before yesterday I sent an email to the eBay address that had sent me the order confirmation, no response. Can anyone help me?Thanks in advance. H
