Paid item but no longer available

Hello,I made an instant purchase and paid. The seller just informed me that he (I quote) « had forgotten to remove the listing because the fees are too high and that he is now selling on **bleep**. » Not a word about the refund. I requested the cancellation of the order for item not received (since I will never receive it). What do I do if the seller does not respond within three days? Thank you for your help.

If the seller does not cancel the transaction, you will have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed (not before) to open a dispute for an item not received :
