After purchasing a camera bag from gvb leather, the package never reached me. I was away when FedEx delivered it (if it was delivered at all), no package in my mailbox, no delivery notice, nothing with the neighbors.... since July the seller has been lying to me, telling me he would sort out the problem and send me a new bag in place of the first one (where is it???????) In the end it was a way to prevent me from leaving a negative comment on his site.... So I lost more than 50 euros and had no way to leave a comment on the seller's site.... So if you read this text, be careful with gvb leather..... he can lull you into a false sense of security and not keep his promises.... in the end you paid for nothing.....

In absolute terms, you should have followed the instructions in this link “to the letter”--->

and ABOVE ALL respected all the deadlines provided...
At the moment, you no longer have any recourse with the site and you’ve lost any chance of recovery there.
On the other hand, if you had the good idea to pay by paypal, you have the option of opening a dispute for an item not received ---->

(during the 180 days following payment unless I’m mistaken..)

OP11 months agoHello My only fault was believing his writings that said he was going to send me a new bag after an investigation with the delivery person.... something he did not do So unfortunately it is a scam.... and what is a shame is that I cannot report on his site the experience I had....and he will keep operating like this!!!!

OP11 months agoHello, this isn’t about “snitching” but about reporting that a seller doesn’t send the parcel you bought... and that for almost 3 months they keep telling you they’re going to send you another one.
I think you’d be glad to know that such and such seller is a “crook” who cashes the payment and sends nothing...
In any case, that’s what I think
