Item lost by the delivery driver, Mondial Relay
The delivery company Mondial Relay lost my parcel. They are asking me to contact eBay for a refund. I refunded my customer and lost 120 euros. eBay does not reimburse a lost parcel even when sent with insurance. What should I do in this case, who should I contact?
