Item received 2 months later, dispute closed and refunded, how do I do it via eBay?
Summary: oups7 received an item long after the purchase, after being refunded by eBay following a dispute. He is looking for a way to report that the seller is honest. koalagris suggests contacting the seller directly to arrange payment, since a new refund can’t go through eBay.
Hello,
I had bought an item in early November, it never arrived even though the seller said it had been sent, so I opened a dispute in early December and got a refund from eBay in mid-December because the seller had no proof of shipment (sent as regular letter mail).
Today this letter finally arrived (posted on 11/13)...
How can I let eBay know that the seller is legit?
Can I only contact the seller directly and see about paying them again?

"I can only contact the seller directly and see with them about paying them again?" = indeed, that's the only solution, and you'll need to agree on a direct payment method because it won't be able to go through eBay again.
