I just opened a dispute with PayPal.

If you opened your dispute on PayPal, eBay won't step in..

No point wasting your time contacting their customer service. Keep going with the process on PayPal.

Since you opened a dispute with PayPal... you can't do anything else on eBay...

( an appeal to the payment method must be made as a last resort...)

As for the outcome of your dispute, you need to deal directly with PayPal.

Ah darn, I was having trouble reaching eBay, there was no number at all.
That's why I opened the dispute.
Can you tell me how to contact eBay? so I can still report the
problem?

You need to contact Customer Service here-----> eBay Customer Service

Contact them during office hours if possible and ask to be called back..
