A seller sold me an item different from the one in their listing. In the listing, the jersey is pink. I received a blue jersey. The seller only wants to refund me on the condition that I send it back, but there’s no way I’m paying the return shipping costs. When the buyer lies on their listing, it’s up to them to accept the consequences. I’ve already dealt with a mistake once, and the seller had the right attitude for the situation by sending the correct item back.
