Hello, I made two sales with a buyer and both of them went very well. So there was no return or refund request. However, I received an email from ebay/mondial relay telling me that I had received a package from this buyer at my pickup point (a normal email we get from mondial relay when our order has arrived). And there, I pick up a brand-new litter box. Which obviously has nothing to do with the original sale. The buyer doesn't understand where it could have come from either. Besides, I have no record of this shipment on the ebay site (at the same time, it's neither a purchase nor a return...). In the end there's not really any problem, the buyer is happy and I gave the litter box to someone, but I'd like to understand what happened? I'm not really keen on receiving other unwanted packages haha Thanks in advance
