A crazy story: the item I received is not the right one (I received a pair of pants instead of a book), the seller confirmed to me via Ebay message that he made a mistake, and since then has not replied to my messages for 1 month. Another problem, Ebay marks the item as "ready to be delivered," even though I did receive the package with the correct tracking number. So I can't file a claim with Ebay to get refunded. What can I do??
The seller seems nice, I wonder if he hasn't had an accident or even if he's dead

You only have 30 days to report a problem ..The deadline seems to have passed.
