Received item not as described

Hello,

I would need some help, I bought a PS5 game controller that I paid for of course, and I received a package with a block of foam instead of the controller.
I can't return it, so how do I get a refund for the order, since of course the seller isn't responding.

Hello

You need to open a dispute for an item not as described and follow the procedure ..

If the seller asks for the return, you send back what you received .

The problem is that returns are not accepted.

For a non-compliant item, the seller cannot refuse the return..
