Received item not working
Summary: nanette942 ran into problems with two micro SD cards bought on eBay that turned out to be counterfeit and don’t work. I ordered 2 micro sd switch on 07/02/2025. I received them on 24/02/25. Unfortunately, the cards are not authentic and do not work with the switch at home. I sent a message to the seller on 25/02/25 asking for a refund, but this message has gone unanswered. On 27/02/25, I made a return request. Unfortunately, the seller has been banned from Ebay for violating the rules. So I can neither open a dispute, nor rate the item, nor contact Ebay since the tab "ask Ebay to step in" does not appear. How can I contact Ebay to get a refund? Please help me.
