Hand-delivered object
Hello.
I bought an item that the seller handed over to me in person.
I did not receive a pickup code by e-mail from E-bay, and the seller ends up being penalized in their sales rating, even though everything was absolutely perfect.
I can't find any way to contact e-bay to resolve the problem
Can someone help me?
