Subject: follow-up/refund deadline approaching
Summary: ah346975 expressed concern about a return/refund for an eBay order, since the 30-day return deadline might expire before eBay can step in on June 13. koalagris replied by providing a link to a help page on return procedures.
I placed an order that arrives at my place on May 16, 2025, and I contacted eBay for a return/refund. eBay told me that I have to wait until June 13, 2025 to ask for their intervention, if the seller doesn’t respond.
My concern: the 30-day return window may expire before that date. I’m afraid that if the seller doesn’t respond quickly, I’ll lose my right to a refund.
Has anyone already been in this situation? Does eBay take this 30-day limit into account even if their intervention can only happen after June 13? Any advice? 🙏
