Sold item - how to report it
Hello,
My item has been sold and the buyer is confirming to me that they have received it. In my account, I can't mark that it has been delivered. I was able to mark that it was sent, but in the drop-down list I don't have the "delivered" option. Thanks for your feedback

The mention "item delivered" is not manual: it is done automatically based on the tracking number provided when the item is sent (but often with a delay).
In any case, as a new seller, you will be subject to a payment hold of at least 14 days:
