Hello, I recently sold a vintage computer device in non-working condition / for parts.When the buyer received the item, he complained that it doesn't work. I tell him he didn't read the listing.He says, oh yes sorry I went too fast. Then he opens a dispute with eBay and gets a refund, and the return shipping fees are charged to me even though I have nothing to do with his mistake.From there I contest eBay's decision, and eBay takes the money from the purchase, gives it back to the buyer, and he no longer has to send it back.Bottom line, I lost the item, the money, and the customer leaves me a 0 rating saying I'm a scammer who sells items that don't work. Is this normal?
