Item sold and never arrived at the buyer's
I sold an item that the buyer says he never received. The Colissimo tracking shows that this item must have disappeared between leaving the delivery center (the post office at 6:48 a.m.) and being dropped in the buyer's mailbox at 8:55 a.m. the same day .This buyer is asking me to refund him; what should I do?

The package cannot have disappeared between the delivery center and the depot in the mailbox confirming delivery.. the timestamp showing the time of said delivery at 8:55...
It was only after that that the package supposedly could have disappeared...
You did your job as a seller... the delivery was made since it was proven by colissimo...
Now it’s up to the buyer to ask around among their close contacts (family or neighbors) to find their package or file a complaint with their post office.
You have no reason to refund it.
On the other hand, make a scan of the colissimo tracking while waiting for the next step of what your buyer can do and come back here if needed.
