item sold never picked up by buyer
I sold an item, but the person never picked it up. Will the shipping fees be reimbursed to me? I took out insurance with Mondial Relay, how does that work? The buyer is not responding to my messages

= refund the item only (without shipping) as soon as you have recovered the parcel
