in addition to @koalagris's reply (Greetings koala 🙂), if the buyer doesn't go pick up their parcel, they lose the benefit of the eBay guarantee:

Which concretely means that you could quite perfectly not refund them even if the parcel comes back to you...
It's an extreme "solution", but it may make them move...

"What to do? " = Nothing except wait.
If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to you by the carrier.
