Madam, sir, hello, a quick question for the community: what is the procedure when you receive a package and notice that it has been carefully broken into to remove the contents and leave only the box, and that this was done on Italian territory while it was being sent at their post office branch? Of course I have plenty of photos showing that the package was broken into, then taped back together with the post office’s tape (not very clever). Is the seller responsible since it happened on Italian territory? Thank you for your replies. Best regards
