Items sold arrived broken at the buyer's

Good evening, I sold two terracotta items with very protective packaging via Mondial Relay and now the buyer is sending me a message with two photos of the two items completely destroyed
I’m not refusing to refund, but I find it a bit suspicious that these items are in this state to such an extent, what should I do?
