Earlier this week I sold an item that was never paid for. So I cancelled the sale following a dispute.

I can therefore send a second-chance offer to the runner-up bidder.

This listing benefited from the promotional commission-fee offer at -70% that we had last weekend.

My question is therefore: if I send a second-chance offer today, will it have the -70% fee reduction like the original listing, or will there be no reduction at all?
